As the chairman of RSCC group, my responsibilities responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategy with a view to creating shareholder value. also entails being ultimately responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the company’s long and short-term plans. Also include developing and implementing high-level strategies, making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company and demonstrating safety leadership. In this role, it is imperative to lead by example by exercising the five critical components of safety leadership, including field presence, effective communication, feedback, accountability and benchmarking. Safety Leadership by example is critical in keeping EMR rates, OSHA recordable and zero incident philosophy. With spending three days of each week with our project team, and will continue to, we always sit with teams from various sections of the business to go over our projects in minute detail, so that we can gain a better appreciation of the challenges on-site.
After 11 years of working as a partner/branch manager with Görkem İnşaat Ltd., we mostly made the company become one of the most influential and successful construction firms in Turkey and Iraq. we oversaw the expansion of the company into new markets, grown the workforce to more than 1000 employees and encouraged the development of in-construction facilities. 
During my period with Görkemm, we successfully completed many highly impacted projects such as Build, designed and furniture the prime ministry guest house in Baghdad, renovation, maintenance and furniture of the government palace of the ministry of the forging affairs, renovation and construction of four villas of the ministries in Baghdad, 
These achievements under our watch have significantly increased the Görkem ability to deliver on key projects, allowing it to establish a reputation for delivering prestigious, high-profile and complex projects.
In order to move the business forward I had to first understand it, therefore as a part of my working process, I operate and managed the ZOZIK air company, for more than 2 years. Before that as a background in law, I worked as an assistant lawyer with a high profile company in Erbil (bar association chairman present).
